The relationships tab, shows all entities associated with the selected case. These may be parties in a legal sense, such as defendants or plaintiffs, or they may be other entities with an interest in the case. Examples of these are shown in the list. Other cases, can also be included in the relationships.

Each entity can have two cheap jerseys roles. First, they have their basic role in the global database. These are typically broad categories, such as doctor, attorney, etc. They also have the role they play in each specific case. In our example, Doctor LaPorte’s role in the database is doctor. Relationships are a two-way association. Now that the doctor’s information is displayed, you can see all the current cases with which she is associated. There are two ways to tag entities to a case. The first, is to manually tag them, using the Tag button. This will bring you to the tag screen for this entity. By default, parties will be displayed when coming from a case, and cases will be displayed when coming from a party. Confirm the un tagging, by answering OK. The un tagged party, Paula will disappear from the relationships list. Automatic tagging can be programmed into questionnaire lookups. When a party is selected from a lookup, it can automatically be tagged to the case, using the specified tag role. This is where entity roles, designated as tag only roles, can be utilized.
